ZAGREB, July 16
(Hina) - The head of the Preporod teachers' union,
Zeljko Stipic, speaking on behalf of 17 public-sector unions, called
on the government on Wednesday to suspend its activities regarding
outsourcing of non-core services in the public sector until the
announcement of the result of a referendum to ban outsourcing by law.
