ZAGREB, July 10
(Hina) - The Croatian government on Thursday adopted
a package of measures to alleviate the situation in the flood-ravaged
eastern villages and help local residents cope with difficulties in
the aftermath of the natural disaster, whereby HRK 12.87 million kuna
would be set aside to facilitate the employment of local residents in
public works and their engagement in flood clean-up.
