ZAGREB, July 9
(Hina) - Monitoring by the parliamentary home affairs
committee following a petition by former finance minister Slavko Linic
resulted in three draft conclusions on Wednesday, with ruling MPs
finding that Linic's claims that he had been under unlawful
surveillance at the order of Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic were
unfounded, the opposition saying in a dissenting opinion that it could
not be established because of defective procedure, and Igor Radjenovic
of the ruling Social Democrats (SDP) saying some committee members
tried to abuse the monitoring.
