ZAGREB, June 26
(Hina) - A consortium of companies selling the
Slovenian retail chain Mercator and the Croatian food and retail
concern Agrokor confirmed on Thursday that all conditions had been met
for the finalisation of a transaction for the sale of Mercator's
majority stake to Croatia's biggest concern, and that a sales contract
should be signed on Friday, June 27.
