ZAGREB, June 24
(Hina) - The government, at its session on Tuesday,
adopted final draft amendments to the Labour Act in a bid to adjust
the Croatian labour market to the present circumstances of an economic
crisis so as to make it more flexible and facilitate employment and
job creation, given that Croatia has one of the lowest employment
rates in Europe and a high proportion of the grey economy and illicit
work.
