DARUVAR/ZAGREB, June 6
(Hina) - Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic has
said that no one has ever mentioned criminal offences but conflict of
interest in the procedure in which the Croatian development bank
(HBOR) approved a loan to a company co-owned by former Assistant
Finance Minister Branko Segon, with Milanovic's comment ensuing on
Friday afternoon after the Chief State Prosecutor's Office (DORH)
stated that no element of serious criminal offence was found in the
approval of HBOR's loan to the company Facta Vera.
