RIJEKA, May 23
(Hina) - By its candidacy for hosting the European
University Games (EUG) 2016, Croatia has showed that it has people
with knowledge, skills and abilities to guarantee the successful
organisation of the event which is why Zagreb and Rijeka get to host
the games, Science, Education and Sports Minister Zeljko Jovanovic
said at the opening of the international conference "European
University Games 2016 - Platform for Project Implementation", which
started in the northern Adriatic resort of Opatija on Friday.
