ZAGREB, May 9
(Hina) - At an extraordinary session the shareholders
of the Jadranka hotel company from Mali Losinj have decided that the
company's majority owner, Beta Ulaganja, should recapitalise Jadranka
in the amount of at least 152 million kuna and not more than 380
million, as well as to unlist Jadranka's shares at the Zagreb Stock
Exchange, the company said in a statement on Friday, stressing that
the recapitalisation would enable the continuation of an investment
cycle.
