BRUSSELS, April 30
(Hina) - The European Commission on Wednesday
took note of a decision by the Swiss government to allow Croatian
citizens access to its labour market, but since it is a unilateral
move it does not automatically mean continuation of talks on
Switzerland's full participation in an EU research programme and a
student exchange programme.
