ZAGREB, April 27
(Hina) - Finance Minister Slavko Linic has
concluded that Tax Administration Director Nada Cavlovic Smiljanec is
not responsible for the irregularities in the Osijek Regional Office
in connection with the prevention of foreclosure of the Osijek-based
company OLT and that she can continue performing her duties, according
to a statement posted on the ministry's website.
