MUNICH, April 18
(Hina) - Former Yugoslav State Security Service
chief Zdravko Mustac, who was on Thursday extradited from Zagreb to
Germany where he is wanted for his alleged involvement in the
assassination of Yugoslav-era Croatian dissident Stjepan Djurekovic in
Bavaria in 1983, is likely to be questioned on Friday by an
investigating judge of the Bundesgerichtshof (federal court of
justice) in Karlsruhe, who is expected to decide on Mustac's pre-trial
detention, the German Attorney General said in a press release.
