ZAGREB, April 14
(Hina) - Croatian food group Agrokor will fully
implement the decision of the Croatian Competition Agency (AZTN) on
the conditionally permitted concentration of Agrokor and Slovenian
retail chain Mercator, and the decision will in no way adversely
affect the ongoing process for Agrokor to acquire a majority stake in
Mercator, the Croatian company said on Monday.
