ZAGREB, April 5
(Hina) - The position of the Constitutional Court
and the election of its judges, referendums, the constitutional
monitoring of the democratic functioning of political parties, the
organisation of local government, and the protection of fundamental
human rights are some of the topics the commission of experts on
constitutional issues will address over the next year, President Ivo
Josipovic told reporters on Saturday.
