ZAGREB, April 4
(Hina) - The United Nations High Commissioner for
Refugees (UNHCR) has recommended that the process of ceasing refugee
status of people displaced from Croatia between 1991 and 1995 should
begin because the circumstances that triggered displacement have
fundamentally changed and lasting changes have occurred in Croatia,
the Croatian Foreign and European Affairs Ministry said on Friday.
