ZAGREB, April 2
(Hina) - The Zagreb County Court on Wednesday upheld
an indictment charging former Croatian Power Company (HEP) CEO Ivan
Mravak of causing financial harm to the company in the amount of 650
million kuna by selling cheap electricity to the Sibenik-based light
metals factory TLM and the Aluminij Mostar company from Bosnia and
Herzegovina.
