(Hina) - As for his announcement on Thursday that
upon the completion of proceedings against former Yugoslav secret
agents Josip Perkovic and Zdravko Mustac, wanted in Germany for their
roles in the assassination of a Yugoslav-era Croatian dissident in
Bavaria, his cabinet would have to propose to the parliament certain
measures given that, as Croatian Premier Zoran Milanovic stated,
Germany interpreted Croatian laws differently than Croatian courts,
Milanovic was asked on Friday by the press to explain his statement
and in this context said that he knew what was written in the law.
