ZAGREB, March 19
(Hina) - The Constitutional Court has overruled a
complaint by former First Deputy Prime Minister Radimir Cacic that the
sentence he was given in Croatia was harsher than the one in Hungary,
where he was found guilty of causing a fatal traffic accident four
years ago, and that a number of his constitutional rights have been
violated.
