BELGRADE, March 17
(Hina) - The coalition slate led by the Serbian
Progressive Party (SNS) of Aleksandar Vucic won 155 seats in the
250-seat national assembly, the coalition led by the Socialist Party
of Serbia (SPS) of Ivica Dacic won 44 seats, and the New Democratic
Party (NDS) of former Serbian President Boris Tadic secured 18 seats,
according to preliminary data released by the Serbian Election
Commission late on Sunday evening after snap parliamentary elections
earlier in the day.
