(Hina) - Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) leader
Tomislav Karamako on Friday denied allegations that in his capacity as
the head of the Security-Intelligence Service (SOA), he had insisted
on the employment of Mario Malic at SOA, stressing that he had done
everything in line with the law and that the allegations were "a crude
fabrication" intended to divert public attention from serious issues
such as the country's bad economic situation and high unemployment.
