(Hina) - Josip Tica, a professor at Zagreb's School
of Economics, said on Friday that pre-bankruptcy settlements had
enabled a substantial drop in insolvency and that if the government
scrapped them, one should come up with a new instrument to step up the
restructuring of the Croatian economy.
