Agrokor and a consortium of 12 majority owners of Slovenia's retailer
Mercator agreed on Tuesday to extend the deadline for reaching a deal
on the restructuring of Mercator's debts until February 28, keeping
alive Agrokor's takeover bid for a majority stake in the company, the
Slovenian media reported.
