PODGORICA, Jan 7
(Hina) - Orthodox Christians in Montenegro held two
separate main ceremonies on Christmas Eve, which included the burning
of oak logs, the so-called Badnjak, in Cetinje, with one of them being
conducted by the pro-Serbian dignitary Amfilohije, supported by
advocates of the rule of the Serbian Church in Montenegro, and the
other being conducted by Metropolitan Bishop Mihailo, the leader of
the Montenegrin Orthodox Church.
