ZAGREB, Jan 27
(Hina) - The government will launch pre-bankruptcy
proceedings for the Institute of Immunology as soon as possible, thus
paving the way for the elaboration of a plan for restructuring the
state-run manufacturer of immunobiological medicines and opening the
door to due diligence for potential investors so that the completion
of pre-bankruptcy proceedings may facilitate the accomplishment of
strategic goals such a the maintenance of the institute's main line of
business in Croatia, Economy Minister Ivan Vrdoljak said on Monday.
