ZAGREB, Jan 15
(Hina) - The case of Assistant Finance Minister
Branko Segon who has, according to media speculation, obtained a loan
under very favourable conditions and terms from the Croatian Bank for
Reconstruction and Development (HBOR) and Hypo Alpe Adria Bank to
purchase and reconstruct a hotel on the island of Korcula, is being
considered by the Parliament's Conflict of Interest Commission which
reported on Wednesday that this office-holder transferred his managing
rights over two companies to a lawyer in a law firm in accordance with
the law.
