ZAGREB, Jan 12
(Hina) - The Croatian Peasant Party (HSS) president
and a member of parliament, Branko Hrg, on Sunday requested that the
director-general of the national broadcaster (HRT) Goran Radman should
reconsider his decision to shut down 11 local bureaux, insisting that
the closing of those local HRT offices would push inhabitants of the
areas covered by the concerned offices into an unequal position.
