BELGRADE, Jan 10
(Hina) - An appellate court in Belgrade has quashed
a ruling which gave 14 members of the former Yugoslav army (JNA) and
paramilitary units prison sentences ranging from four to 20 years for
a war crime in the Croatian village of Lovas, which means a retrial
for the murder of 70 Croatian civilians, Radio and Television Serbia
reported on Thursday.
