HTZ launches "Get to Know Me" promotional campaign

ZAGREB, 13 March (Hina) - The Croatian National Tourist Board (HTZ) has launched its main promotional campaign for this year, titled "Get to Know Me", aimed at international markets.

The campaign will run until July, HTZ announced.

The campaign focuses on islands, the continental region, and lesser-known destinations, targeting 12 key markets for Croatian tourism: Germany, Slovenia, Austria, Italy, Poland, the UK, Czechia, Hungary, France, the Netherlands, Slovakia, and Switzerland.

"Get to Know Me" will be promoted both online and offline, including social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

“Croatia is known for its stunning coastline, crystal-clear sea, pleasant climate, and historical cities, but it offers much more. With this campaign, we aim to highlight other parts of the country and aspects of our tourism offer that also meet the highest quality standards,” said HTZ Director Kristjan Staničić.

To achieve this, HTZ has created special visuals and video materials showcasing the islands, Šibenik, Gorski Kotar, Slavonia, Zagorje, and other destinations. The aim is to present tourists with “the incredible beauty of Croatia’s enchanting landscapes, the warm hospitality of the locals, and the hidden gems of each region.”

The campaign seeks to attract those eager to experience the local way of life, traditions, and customs, as well as taste unique delicacies and enjoy authentic experiences. "Tourism is all about experiences," Staničić emphasised.
