The nominal value of each individual stamp is €1.70, and the edition has been printed in 20,000 blocks. Croatian Post has also issued a First Day Cover (FDC) envelope. The commemorative stamp block will be available from 6 March at post offices or online at www.epostshop.hr.
"The Croatian men's handball team won the world silver medal, uniting the nation. Their performances, the synergy between the team, fans, and supporters of Croatian sports, once again demonstrated Croatia's deep love and respect for its sports heroes. We thank our handball players for everything they have shown from 15 January to 2 February 2025, and we also thank everyone who believed in and supported Croatia on its journey to another medal," the HP said in a statement, listing the names of all 22 Croatian national team players.
