ZAGREB, 28 Feb (Hina) - The Guild of Hairdressers, Beauticians, and Body Care and Fitness Specialists of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts (HOK) has been continuously growing over the past five years, and the number of businesses at the end of January 2025 was 11% higher than a year ago.
At the end of January, there were 9,773 active businesses in the Guild of Hairdressers and Beauticians, an increase of 966, or 11%, compared to the previous year, according to HOK.
HOK also recalled that last year's Croatian hairdressing team won silver in the Red Carpet category at the World Hairdressing Championship, as well as fifth place in the men's hairstyling category and sixth place in the Technical Braided Hairstyle category.
