ZAGREB, 12 Jan (Hina) - Presidential candidate Dragan Primorac on Sunday congratulated and thanked the voters, including those who did not turn out to vote, the parties that supported him, and HDZ leader Andrej Plenković, but did not extend his congratulations to the winner of the presidential runoff, Zoran Milanović.
