ZAGREB, 9 Jan (Hina) - By holding a parade through the centre of Banja Luka, the authorities of Republika Srpska on Thursday marked 9 January as the day of the entity, once again defying the ruling of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has declared such celebrations unconstitutional.
