ZAGREB, 29 Dec (Hina) - Dragan Primorac, the presidential candidate of the ruling HDZ party, won the largest number of votes abroad, receiving 48.69% of the votes, while the winner of the first round of the presidential polls, incumbent Zoran Milanović, earned 17.09%, and independent Tomislav Jonjić came third with 12.03%.
