ZAGREB, 29 Dec (Hina) - Croatia's incumbent president, Zoran Milanović, is set to win the presidential election in all Croatian counties and in the City of Zagreb, while Dragan Primorac, the candidate supported by the ruling HDZ, won the polls abroad, according to preliminary results released on Sunday evening.
