ZAGREB, 19 Dec (Hina) - Bosqar, formerly Meritus Investments, on Thursday signed agreements on acquisition of a majority stake in the Zagreb-based bakery company Mlinar, and this €100 million transaction enables it and its partners to acquire an indirect 67% stake in the Mlinar Group, reads a press release issued by Bosqar.
