ZAGREB, 11 Dec (Hina) - The European Commission on Wednesday adopted a Communication to support members to counter hybrid threats from the weaponisation of migration by Russia and Belarus and to strengthen security at the EU's external borders, resorting to the temporary restriction of the right to asylum, when necessary.
