ZAGREB, 9 Dec (Hina) - Entrepreneur Niko Tokić Kartelo officially entered the Croatian presidential race on Monday by submitting 11,800 signatures to the State Electoral Commission, saying that he has been preparing for this race for three years and that as a businessman he "fills the Croatian budget while others empty it".
