ZAGREB, 1 Dec (Hina) - The Kosovo police have arrested eight people during their investigation into an explosion on the Ibar–Lepenac canal, which is a critical water channel supplying two main power plants in Kosovo, and also seized large amounts of weapons, Kosovo Interior Minister Xhelal Svecla stated on Saturday.
