ZAGREB, 14 Nov (Hina) - The Split City Council will not decide on Thursday on the proposal to instal a memorial plaque on the City Hall to commemorate a Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) recruit who was killed near the building during a protest rally against the JNA on 6 May 1991, Mayor Ivica Puljak (Centre) confirmed.
