Fourteen people lost their lives in the collapse of the Novi Sad Railway Station canopy that occurred on 01 November, as stated by Interior Minister Ivica Dacic. The mayor of Novi Sad, Milan Djuric, reported over 30 injuries in the incident, which occurred just before noon. ZAGREB, 5 Nov (Hina) - Several thousand citizens gathered on Tuesday evening at a protest rally in Novi Sad following the death of 14 people in the collapse of the central railway station canopy, demanding that all those directly and indirectly responsible for the tragedy resign and that they be held criminally accountable.
