ZAGREB, 30 Oct (Hina) - The Russian ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina has announced that his country will strengthen "strategic relations" with the Serb entity of Republika Srpska (RS), praising Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik for opposing the West.
