ZAGREB, 23 Oct (Hina) - NATO Assistant Secretary-General Javier Colomina said on Wednesday that military cooperation with Ukraine, including the new activity of training Ukrainian soldiers, is taking place outside that country and that that is a red line for NATO, which wants to stay out of the Ukraine-Russia conflict.
