Rescue services in Jablanica and Kiseljak reported several people missing and called for army assistance, as access to Jablanica was completely blocked due to road and rail closures. 19 fatalities due to the flash floods have been confirmed so far by the regional government of Hercegovacko-Neretvanska county. ZAGREB, 21 Oct (Hina) - Local elections were held on Sunday in three municipalities and the town of Konjic in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which had to be postponed due to floods that struck the country, and candidates from the Croat HDZ BiH and the Bosniak Party of Democratic Action (SDA) won, according to preliminary results.
