ZAGREB, 8 Oct (Hina) - The Southeast European countries have been waiting too long to join the European Union, Croatian President Zoran Milanović said at the Brdo-Brijuni Process Summit in Tivat on Tuesday, adding that the initiative's co-chairs, EU members Croatia and Slovenia, should encourage them not to lose heart.
