ZAGREB, 4 Oct (Hina) - So far 14 victims have been confirmed dead after flash flooding and landslides hit northern parts of Herzegovina and central Bosnia and Herzegovina in the night between Thursday and Friday, while the authorities fear that the number of fatalities could still rise.
