ZAGREB, 3 Oct (Hina) - The EU Blue Card, which gives highly-qualified workers from outside the EU the right to live and work in an EU country, will be valid 48 months in Croatia, according to a draft amendment to the Aliens Act, which the government sent to the parliament on Thursday.
