The festival brought together 17 tamburica (tamburrizza) bands from Vojvodina, Serbia, and Croatia.
The festival has become an important meeting point of folk groups from the two countries and an opportunity to promote the Croatian culture and language used by ethnic Croats in Vojvodina.
The 24th edition of the festival was sponsored by the Croatian municipality of Kaptol.
Furthermore, the Croatian town of Pleternica provided assistance to the Croatian Music Union in Subotica to renovate its premises.
The funds were provided under the Croatia-Serbia cross-border cooperation programme prepared by the Croatian Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds.
