ZAGREB, 25 Sept (Hina) - The Croatian Democratic Union's (HDZ) candidate for president, Dragan Primorac, said on Wednesday, during a visit to the Homeland War Memorial Centre in Vukovar, that he would propose to the government that all kindergartens in Croatia be free.
