ZAGREB, 24 Sept (Hina) - President Zoran Milanović sent a letter to Prime Minister Andrej Plenković at the beginning of the month, urging him to align their foreign policy, as the Constitution obliges them to cooperate, but has not received a response, the President's Office said on Tuesday.
