ZAGREB, 3 Sept (Hina) - A pre-trial chamber of the Zagreb County Court on Tuesday returned the indictment against former HDZ agriculture minister Tomislav Tolušić for €400,000 subsidy fraud to the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO) for revision.
