ZAGREB, 28 Aug (Hina) - According to available data, 43% of the total population in Croatia is connected to wastewater treatment systems of varying degrees, while 55% is connected to the public sewage system, which is the lowest level in the EU, as reported in the journal Hrvatske Vode (Croatian Waters).
